Collectieve zorgverzekering minima gemeente Zutphen, zie aanbestedingdocumenten Eén van de minimaregelingen van de gemeente Zutphen is de collectieve zorgverzekering voor minima, kortweg aangeduid als de Gemeentepolis. Inwoners van de gemeente Zutphen met een inkomen tot 130% van het bijstandsniveau kunnen gebruikmaken van de Gemeentepolis. In 2024 maken 1848 inwoners gebruik van de Gemeentepolis, waarvan 1417 volwassenen en 431 kinderen.
