Zaan Primair wenst door middel van onderhavige procedure een opdrachtnemer te selecteren voor het project ‘Ver-nieuwbouw Herman Gorter school’. Voor dit project wordt momenteel gewerkt aan het technisch ontwerp en bestek . De opdracht betreft de integrale realisatie van de ver-nieuwbouw, bestaande uit renovatie van het bestaande schoolgebouw, gedeeltelijke sloop en vervangende nieuwbouw, inclusief een verdiepte gymzaal en uitbreiding van het onderwijsprogramma. Het project omvat zowel het installatietechnische uitvoeringsontwerp als bouwkundige en installatietechnische werkzaamheden en terrein- en inrichtingswerkzaamheden. Opdrachtgever en gebruikers zijn op zoek naar een opdrachtnemer die in staat is om binnen een complexe, binnenstedelijke en technisch uitdagende context een toekomstbestendig, duurzaam en energieneutraal onderwijsgebouw te realiseren, passend binnen de bestaande omgeving en met oog voor zowel renovatie als nieuwbouwintegratie. 970 m2 BVO renovatie, 540 M2 sloop, 1.790 m2 Nieuwbouw (2.760 m2 totaal)
