Tällä hankintailmoituksella Tulli pyytää tarjouksia mediaseuranta- ja julkisuusanalyysiipalvelusta. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Kilpailutuksen kohteena oleva sopimus on voimassa toistaiseksi. Hankintayksikön tavoitteena on hankkia median seurantaan helppokäyttöinen seurantatyökalu, jonka avulla mediaviestinnän vaikuttavuutta voidaan seurata, arvioida ja kehittää. Seurannan tueksi myös hankimme neljästi vuodessa tehtävät julkisuusanalyysit, jotta voimme luodata aiheistamme käytävää julkista keskustelua ja seurata mediaviestinnän onnistumistamme.
