Päiväkoti Helmen irtokalusteiden hankinta käänteisenä kilpailutuksena. Päiväkoti Helmi (ent. Hyllykallion päiväkoti) sijaitsee Seinäjoen Hyllykalliolla os. Opintie 5 ja 8, 60510 Hyllykallio. Päiväkodin uudistilat valmistuvat alustavan aikataulun mukaisesti huhtikuussa 2027. Vanhasta talosta peruskorjataan vuonna 2007 valmistunut osa, joka valmistuu päiväkotikäyttöön huhtikuussa 2028. Tässä tarjouskilpailussa pyydetään tarjouksia ensimmäisessä vaiheessa valmistuvan tilan kalustamisesta. Toisen vaiheen tilat suunnitellaan yhteistyössä ensimmäisen vaiheen kilpailutuksen voittajan kanssa. Ensimmäisen osan kalustamiseen on varattu 250 000 € (2027). Ensimmäisessä vaiheessa kalustetaan ruokala, joka on yhteinen Hyllykallion koulun kanssa. Koulun budjetti ruokalan kalustamiseen on 24 500 €. Yhteensä ensimmäisen osan kalustamiseen on 274 500 €. Toisen osan kalustamiseen on 100 000 € (2028). Määräraha varmistetaan valtuuston talousarviokäsittelyn yhteydessä marraskuussa. Tarjoukset arvioidaan ainoastaan laadun perusteella. Tarjoukset arvioidaan kokonaisuutena ja arviot perustellaan sanallisesti.
