Im Rahmen des Neubaus der Alterswohnanlage am Rebweg in Küsnacht ZH werden die Lüftungsinstallationsarbeiten ausgeführt. Die Arbeiten umfassen die Lieferung und Montage der gesamten Lüftungsanlagen einschliesslich der erforderlichen Luftkanäle, Formstücke, Steigzonen und Technikzentralen. Ebenfalls enthalten sind die Installation sämtlicher Luftdurchlässe, Brandschutzklappen sowie die Anbindung an die haustechnischen Anlagen. Die Inbetriebnahme, Funktionsprüfungen sowie die Einregulierung und Dokumentation der Lüftungsanlagen sind Bestandteil des Leistungsumfangs.
