Der Bereich Immobilien Verteidigung zeichnet für die Gesamtprojektleitung «Hauptquartiere Bern plus» (HQ BE+) verantwortlich. Das Gesamtprojekt umfasst folgende Vorhaben: · Verwaltungs- und Operationsführungszentrum «Campus Ost»: Vorprojekt, Bauprojekt, Ausführungsplanung, Ausführung. · Verwaltungs- und Operationsführungszentrum «Campus Armee»: Arealplanung, Projektierung Zwischennutzung, Grundlagen für den GP-Auftrag, Vorprojekt, Bauprojekt, Ausführungsplanung, Ausführung. · Drittstandorte: Projektierung von Umbauten und Anpassungen der vorhandenen Infrastrukturen sowie die Planung von Rochadeobjekten mit besonders geschützten Zonen. Die nutzerspezifischen Projektarbeiten inkl. Qualitätssicherungstätigkeiten basieren auf Ergebnissen der Nutzungsplanung und -Anforderungen, den Sicherheitsvorgaben und -Anforderungen sowie der Betriebsplanung des Nutzers.
