Tenderers shall, in their cost calculations, fill in the attached price form for the lots that the tender concerns and submit as an annex to the tender in Excel format. The total sum for the evaluation from the price form will form the basis of the price evaluation. When assessing the price, a hybrid model with break point 1 will be used. Tenderers are requested to enclose a solution description that explains how the tenderer, both generally in the contract period and in each assignment, shall ensure

-high priority, good availability and access to relevant competence, including capacity to handle simultaneous assignments, good and effective follow-up, communication and cooperation with each customer and the contracting authority ́s contract manager, high quality and effective execution, including planning, progress management, and quality assurance, efficient and good handling of deviations, including identification, reporting, follow-up, closing and learning of deviations, continual development and improvement of. delivery based on experience and feedback. The contracting authority will evaluate to what degree the described solution shows an understanding of the customer's needs and appears concrete, feasible and suitable for ensuring high quality, good interaction and effective execution of the deliveries throughout the contract period. This award criteria will be assessed based on the tenderer ́s response to the award criteria. A total procurement assessment of the described system will be carried out during the evaluation. Best solution will be awarded the highest score (10). Other solutions will be awarded a point score relative to the best solution. See further information in the tender documentation.

Tenderers will be paid to use zero emission vehicles and/or biogas vehicles of Euro class 6/VI in the contract period. In addition, some credit is given for hybrid technology on fossil cars. See the Excel annex "Vehicle Form" for detailed information and how the award criteria are evaluated. Tenderers are asked to enclose a completed vehicle form in their tender. This award criteria will be assessed based on the tenderer ́s response in the mentioned form. NOTE: This setting is not available in If the form is missing/insufficient/wrong completion, deductions can be given for points or zero points. Best solution will be awarded the highest score (10).
