Le présent marché a pour objet d’assurer : - Le régime de frais de santé à l’ensemble du personnel de l’Opcommerce, composé d’un régime de base collectif, obligatoire et responsable, et d’un régime surcomplémentaire non responsable obligatoire. La structuration de la cotisation est Isolé / Famille (salariés et ayants-droits en fonction de la situation familiale) - Le régime de prévoyance selon un régime unique pour l’ensemble du personnel de l’Opcommerce. La description des prestations à réaliser et les spécifications techniques sont définies dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP) et ses annexes.
