De opdracht omvat in ieder geval: Volledige ontzorging van de postbehandeling, met uitzondering van inkomende digitalisering; Logistiek: dagelijkse haal- en brengservice voor alle inkomende en uitgaande fysieke poststukken; Uitgaande post: verwerking en verzending van uitgaande post (fysiek en digitaal), waaronder aangetekende zendingen en DigiD-Post; Systeemkoppelingen: inrichting en beheer van koppelingen met gemeentelijke systemen, waaronder het zaaksysteem, ten behoeve van statusopvolging en verzendregistratie; Ondersteuning: implementatiebegeleiding, testen van de logistieke keten en opleiding van medewerkers, bijvoorbeeld voor het gebruik van frankeeroplossingen of verzendportalen; Rapportage: periodieke managementrapportages over volumes, kosten en facturatie, KPI’s en servicelevels. Geraamde waarde: € 740.000,– (excl. btw) over de maximale looptijd van 4 jaar (inclusief opties). Geraamde jaarwaarde: Circa € 185.000,– (excl. btw).
