Gunningscriterium 1.1: Kwaliteit van de aangeboden dienstverlening De Aanbestedende dienst hecht veel waarde aan kwaliteit van de dienstverlening, niet alleen “hoe schoon” de aangeboden kleding retour komt, maar ook de totale dienstverlening rondom het reinigen. Daarom heeft Aanbestedende dienst een aantal kwaliteitseisen die zij graag in dit stuk beschreven ziet worden. Zie ook de gevraagde toelichting in het Beschrijvend Document en het programma van Eisen.
De Opdrachtnemer beschrijft op welke wijze en hoe omgaat met Maatschappelijk Verantwoord Ondernemen (Duurzaamheid/Milieu en Social return) in relatie tot de opdracht. Hoe borgt Opdrachtnemer binnen de praktische mogelijkheden van deze dienstverlening een bijdrage aan dit onderwerp.
Voor gunningscriterium prijs kan Opdrachtnemer maximaal 30 punten scoren per perceel. De Opdrachtnemer dient voor gunningscriterium prijs bij zijn Inschrijving het volledig ingevulde invulformulier 8 prijzenblad toe te voegen. Aan de hand van dit prijzenblad wordt de puntenscore berekend. De Opdrachtnemer met de laagste prijs krijgt het maximale aantal punten.
