Koncern HR kan løse en stor del af denne opgave, men ønsker til visse TAP-stillinger at benytte sig af et eksternt rekrutteringsbureau. Ved TAP-stillinger forstås Teknisk-administrativt Personale, herunder specialister og generalister; teknisk og administrative medarbejdere samt teknisk og administrative ledere og direktører.
