Alle IT-beheer van de aanbestedende dienst is momenteel ondergebracht bij één leverancier. Het bestaande contract loopt af op 1 januari 2027. De aanbestedende dienst beoogt met deze aanbesteding een deskundige, betrouwbare en toekomstgerichte ICT-dienstverlener te selecteren die verantwoordelijk wordt voor het beheer, de ondersteuning en de verdere ontwikkeling van de volledige ICT-omgeving. Deze aanbestedingsprocedure heeft tot doel het sluiten van één overeenkomst met één inschrijver. De opdracht omvat de gevraagde diensten voor ongeveer 3280 leerlingen, 390 medewerkers verdeeld over 26 locaties.
