Udbuddet vedrører Region Hovedstadens indkøb af afhentning, transport og behandling af madaffald, herunder madolie. Region Hovedstaden producerer som led i sine daglige aktiviteter madaffald og madolie på regionens matrikler, herunder somatiske hospitaler og psykiatriske centre. Opgaven omfatter afhentning af madaffald og madolie samt ombytning til rent materiel på matriklerne efter fastlagt frekvens. Leverandøren skal desuden forestå transport til behandling og sikre miljømæssig korrekt behandling i henhold til gældende lovgivning.
