Pri merilu »cena« prejme ponudnik, ki bo ponudil najnižjo ceno za posamezni instrument, 30 točk, ostale ponudbe pa dobijo točke po formuli: Število točk = (najnižja ponujena cena dopustne ponudbe/ponujena cena dopustne ponudbe) x 30.
- Instrument, ki v celoti izpolnjuje posamezen kriterij, prejme 15 točk. - Če instrument izpolnjuje kriterij delno, vendar so morebitne pomanjkljivosti ustrezno sanirane, prejme 10-14 točk, odvisno od obsega in kakovosti sanacije. - Če so pri Instrumentu prisotne večje pomanjkljivosti ali neustrezna sanacija, prejme 5-9 točke. - Če kriterij ni izpolnjen ali je instrument v slabem stanju brez ustrezne dokumentacije/popravila, prejme 0–4 točko.
Ocenjevanje temelji na stopnji izpolnjevanja posameznega kriterija kakovosti tona.
