Rammeaftalen omfatter levering af assessorydelser i forbindelse med Vejdirektoratets anlægsprojekter. Rammeaftalen giver desuden mulighed for at tilkøbe Notified Body (NoBo)-ydelser. Assessorydelser iht. Bekendtgørelse 711/2020 for VD-projekter, der skal opnå ibrugtagningstilladelse hos Trafikstyrelsen (TS). Ydelserne kan være ift. alle danske infrastrukturforvaltere herunder Banedanmark. Mulighed for levering af NoBo-ydelser iht. 711/2020 ved EF-verifikation iht. TSI, hvis Rådgiver af Ordregiver er tildelt og har accepteret denne rol-le.
