Evalueringen af underkriteriet ”Kvalitet” foretages ud fra Tilbudsgivers besvarelse af Bilag B – Opgavebeskrivelse. Besvarelsen vil indgå som en del af kontraktgrundlaget. Kvalitetskriteriet er opdelt på følgende vægtede delkriterier: - Produktion - 25 % - Planlægning og kapacitet for servicetjek, reparationer og vask - 25 % - Kvalitet af ydelsen på vask og service - 25 % - Vandforbrug og klima - 25 %
Evaluering af ”Pris” foretages ud fra den evalueringstekniske tilbudssum, der er angivet i Bilag A – Tilbudsliste, under fanen ”Samlet tilbud”. Evalueringen af ”Pris” sker ud fra en pointskala fra 0-10. Den laveste tilbudte pris tildeles 10 point. De øvrige tilbudte priser tildeles point ud fra en lineær interpolation jf. udbudsbetingelserne.

Udbuddet vedrører rammeaftale om produktion og levering af VF-kuber og VF600 nedgravede affaldssystemer samt service og vask. Vestforbrænding har for flere år siden fået designet kuber og indkastsøjler til affaldssystemer. Leverandøren får, udover denne rammeaftale, også ret til at levere VF-kuber og VF600 nedgravede affaldssystemer i Vestforbrændings design til kunder, der ikke er ordregivere. Dette aftales særskilt mellem leverandøren og den pågældende kunde og er ikke omfattet af rammeaftalen.
