Jedná se o zavedený Dynamický nákupní systém. Předmětem jednotlivých výzev k podání nabídky v rámci zavedeného DNS jsou dodávky laboratorního materiálu pro potřeby zadavatele. Důvodem zveřejnění tohoto formuláře je potřeba změn zadávací dokumentace/ZD/, a to zejména prodloužení doby platnosti zavedeného DNS do 31. 12. 2028. Dále se mění název DNS, navyšuje se předpokládaná hodnota DNS a upravuje se ZD v souvislosti s technickou novelou ZZVZ z r. 2023. Dodavatele je třeba ujistit, že žádná z úprav ZD pro dodavatele již zařazené do předmětného DNS negeneruje žádné nové povinnosti a není spojena s nutností nové registrace či předložením nových dokladů. Pro dodavatele, kteří by měli zájem být zařazeni do tohoto DNS, zůstávají povinnosti týkající se obsahu žádostí o účast totožné jako pro již zařazené dodavatele, pouze došlo k úpravě textu přílohy č. 1 ZD, a to z důvodu doplnění článku X. do ZD - Další požadavky zadavatele na osobu dodavatele.
