Das Gesamtvolumen wird voraussichtlich auf 16 Lose aufgeteilt. Über die Instandhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten werden Konzernrahmenverträge zwischen der EWE NETZ GmbH und dem jeweils beauftragten Bieter für die an ihn vergebenen Lose abgeschlossen. Auf der Grundlage dieser Konzernrahmenverträge wird jeweils ein sog. "Mengenkontrakt" zwischen dem beauftragten Bieter und dem AG abgeschlossen. Die Beschaffung der Leistung erfolgt getrennt nach Losen, die jeweils einzelne Standortpakete umfassen. Jeder Bieter kann sein Angebot auf beliebig viele Lose erstrecken. Die Angebotsbewertung und Zuschlagserteilung erfolgen für jedes Los getrennt. Die Bedarfe für die einzelnen Lose werden mit der Aufforderung zur Angebotsabgabe in der Anlage 2a Mengen und Preisgerüst und Anlage 2b "Mengenübersicht" bekanntgegeben.
